「Great property and great hosts. 」

「I took a couple of days' R&R in Mystic and my stay at Shaun's apartment was great! It's cozy but makes the most of the space: there's a wall desk that pulls down, a small outside sitting area, and lots of closet space. Shaun also provided a bowl of snacks and even milk in the fridge for my tea! The location is also great, close to lots of attractions but with a nice quiet neighborhood for morning walks. Shaun was always available and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks!」

「Everything with our stay was great. The apartment is cute.The bottle of wine as a welcome gift was a much appreciated surprise. The apartment is within walking distance of shopping and great restaurants. We took advantage of not needing a vehicle to grab a bite to eat. We did cook in a few times and found that the apartment was equipped with everything we needed to make a meal.The only "issue" some might have with the apartment is the noise of people walking above. Would absolutely stay again. One note for other prospective guests: there are quite a few stairs (great for us as we have been trying to get more exercise) but perhaps not great for someone who has creaky knees. 」

「Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. 」

「I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. 」
