"Everything was wonderful. This is a dated hotel with a charm expect old furniture. They do a good job with cleanliness and everything is in working condition. My only recommendation to the hotel clean the windows, patio doors and vents under the bathroom sink."

Hotel El Rancho
8/10 Good
"The hotel has alot of nostalgia for those who enjoy western style comfort. The bedroom was nice, work desk, separate sitting chair, bench seat at the foot of the bed, very quaint. The bed was very comfortable along with the pillows, a little narrow on the sides of the bed near the top.The bathroom is small, though efficient with newer fixtures step in shower, which I like. Did not visit the bar area, though it appears pretty nice. The restaurant has good food, especially for a comp breakfast. The lobby itself is very welcoming and comfortable with a large fire place. The parking is limited, though they have an overflow parking area. The staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area and some of the history. One interesting attraction is upstairs near the bookshelves is a Red book, something about was, tip it to the side and the bookshelf opens up to a secret room, sort of a quiet getaway, it has a type writer, sofa and a chair. Kinda cool 😎, worth checking out."
