"The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks."

"Clean and cute. Perfect quiet location and price. Awesome owner in house next door. Very short easy stroll to the beach. Hassle free check in and out. Very dog friendly! The owner allowed us to adopt another puppy while we were there, putting us over the limit. They also let us use their laundry because we were staying 2 weeks 😀😀😀"

"Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
