"We had a fabulous time at this charming hotel, we spent a week here as part of a much longer tour staying in many types of accommodation. This was the best (so far, at least). The room, the garden and the pool was a delight and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Our criticisms: 1. It would have been nice to have a kettle within the room for hot drinks (very English😉). 2.The breakfast was the same every day, a bit of variation would be good. These points are...

"Amazing hotel in a great location with spectacular views. All the staff we met were very helpful especially at breakfast to cater for my gluten free requirements. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. Sockets next to the bed was a really big plus for us as many hotels do not have this! I wouldnt lower the score but the only con for us was them allowing dogs in the rooms. Overall we would come back tomorrow and recommend to everyone!"

"I found the mattresses very hard and there weren't any face cloths to wash your face without having to use the small towel for one. It was hard to get the soap out of the dispenser. "

"The price/quality comparison for this appartment is very disappointing. First they tried putting us in an appartment in the basement, with a view on the parking and street, although we booked see view. When we said we did nto accept they put us in a different (smaller) appartment with a sea view, but this took ca. 4 hours. The state of the appartment is unacceptable, with poor or broken furniture, no toilet paper, no washing up detergent and the hall constantly smelling of the parking garage...

"We had an amazing experience staying here for our anniversary in May. The private beach was incredible and one of the main reasons we picked this place. The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. The service was excellent - everyone was so friendly and spoke English. The food was delicious too! Everything was amazing. "We had a wonderful time at the Jazz Hotel, we went as a couple and met up with family who also stayed at the Jazz and had a wheelchair, ramp to assist and left available to take you to room. Cleanliness is excellent, reception staff are absolutely amazing cannot do enough for you. Restaurant and bar staff also fantastic and always smiling. Excellent breakfast lots of choice. Easy access to town and other restaurants. We visited some beautiful beaches €1 ticket purchased from newspaper stand left to car park will get you to several beaches in 20 minutes. Our 2nd visit will definitely return. "
