「I didn’t receive email regarding how to get into the room and there was no one in the office. It took me over an hour to finally get into the room. It is not easy to get to airport or ferry port. You have to take taxi.」

「Det står at stedet har 2 soverom og jeg tolket det som 2 senger. Men det er 1 seng og 1 sofa som ikke kan slåes ut som seng. Litt misvisende. Leiligheten er fin og ligger sentralt, men det var ganske kaldt i Stavanger da vi var der og det fantes bare 1 ovn som måtte deles på.」

「The wrong telephone number and incomplete address was shown on the hotels.com website. After chatting with an AI bot I found the correct number to call and was able to talk to the host. They explained that important messages/information sent to the customers often dont get received. The accomodation in itself was in a prime location. Fairly easy to park the car in the close area although this cost quite a lot of money. The toilet door wouldnt close properly and the drain in the kitchen sink ...
