"it was a terrible stay. It was loud, so many kids running around without supervision. bed was uncomfortable including pillows, I had to call front desk 2 times because of noise once at 2 am and next at 4 am. breakfast was cold and kids fingering all the food. Never ever would I recommend this hotel! Not if you want a relaxing good night sleep "

"Unexpected expenses. You gotta pay for parking either way. Room was clean and nice. Bed was uncomfortable towels was like sandpaper and there's no microwave. I've machine is on odd floors and one didn't work. "

"I never post negative reviews but this experience was awful. The room was dirty and had a lingering musty smell. The lights did not work upon entering. The room had dirt throughout. There were hairs on the bed and a stray toilet brush in the elevator. I also didn’t realize there’s a federal prison right behind the hotel. Which did not set well with my small children. I will say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had. The only positive was the front desk staff were very kind. Unfortunately, we will not be stay again. "

"Pet friendly though they charge a $75 fee for a pet. This is not disclosed on their website. Also the phone number for the front desk does not connect you to a real person if you have questions, it reverts you to a reservation line."
