「The room size was good. Loved the shower. The only problem that I had with the room was the bed. The mattress was too soft and felt like it was worn. We found it very uncomfortable. We would seem to sink into a hole and it was next to impossible to get comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. And the top coverlet looked old and worn. 「The rooms are OLD and musty! The room wasn’t ready at 4:30 P.M. and someone was supposed to call or text me when it was ready and did not. We finally got in at 5:30 p.m.. The rooms offer ONE usb outlet for charging and limited plugs in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I asked for more towels one morning and by the evening, we still didn’t have them. I had to call. I found NO value in their rewards card as well. Do NOT recommend staying here.」
