「i was placed in the room directly next to the kitchen, there is no soundproofing what so ever so it was incredibly loud. my fire alarm went off for no reason in my room, i attempted to get assistance from front desk staff DURING HOURS OF OPERATION and no one answered the bell. i rang 4 separate times during an hour and no one showed. there are plenty of other places to stay besides here. i was wildly disappointed in my stay and would recommend staying at one of the other hotels nearby.」
