"Shuttle was ordered for us and waiting outside reception "

"Arrived late left early didn’t get to utilise amenities. Very convenient airport shuttle "

"Parking and check in were ok. The room i got, was on the road side of the building. It was lit up all night by an orange light from outside the room. There was also a lot of traffic including trucks passing by overnight. I probably managed to sleep 1 or 2 hours.... :-("

"I had to wait for my room to be ready for an hour, fridge was broken it barely got cold, front door loose, I paid for 2 people stay, bed was made bunk bed wasn't, night staff very rude, I was on the phone at 11PM making a call on the main area and the guy at reception ask me to go outside to make the call because people were "sleeping" like I was taking outside people rooms. The worst "hotel" (if you can call it that) I have ever stay in my life, also I paid $220 a night! Stayed 2 night,1 star would be appropriate."

"Room was very spacious. Very clean. Well equipped with tea and coffee and a fresh milk. Big shower. Loved the room. Staff felt a bit generic, not a lot of personality apart from the lady restaurant supervisor at breakfast. Had 2 meals. They were ok. Menu was a little bit narrow. Wasn't asked if meal was ok both times,but they were. The shuttle wasn't explained ie where and to hand ticket in at an office.but minor issues...it was a great stay in a huge comfortable room."
