「The bed was uncomfortable again, second time here, tried a kingsize bed for a better bed but it was just as hard and lumpy as the last time I stayed in a double queen room.」

「Housekeeping was minimal. They didn't come the second day. and when they came on the 3rd day they didn't take the garbage. The property is newer, but the toilet handle was temperamental and the HVAC was inconsistent. I found the building to be vey loud. The room doors close hard and fast and the noise carries throughout the hallways. The hotel was clean enough but i found it to be a little overpriced for the product and level of service.」

「Not recommended at all! The staff were not helpful when I tried to cancel one night of my stay. Their response was basically, "It's your problem, contact the Expedia and complain." I also couldn't sleep because the hotel is located next to a busy rail junction. Trains were passing throughout the night, constantly sounding their horns. Cleanliness was another issue. The towels did not appear to be properly cleaned, and I noticed dirt on them. Finally, the advertised breakfast was very...
