"Great location on the Jax oceanfront. What the property lacks in curb appeal (1st impression is entry at the parking garage), it makes up for in its interior. Great lobby/breakfast area, nice firepit, and spacious rooms with comfy beds!"

"Overall the room was clean. Don't get an ocean-front room if you want to sleep! Although the view is great, the boardwalk stays busy until 3am and people are loud! Lots of partying. The bathroom was dingy and needs upgrades. TV selection is spoty... most channels are scrambled. Breakfast of ok but we stayed 4 days and it was the same every day. It got kinda boring. It is really not worth the money you have to pay to stay there."

The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The location truly couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. One of our favorite parts was that the house had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. From plenty of beach towels to chairs and beach toys, it was all thoughtfully provided. Not having to pack or rent equipment made our trip so much more relaxing.The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of linens and essentials throughout the home. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and clearly well cared for.Another huge plus was the central location. We were close to so many great restaurants and stores, making it easy to grab dinner, shop, or explore the area without having to drive far.Overall, this home made our beach getaway effortless and memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation!"
