Wonderful location near the beach. Just far enough away from the center of town to be out of the mayhem, but a nice walk into town."

"This place delivered as advertised. We really enjoyed the space and the deck. We had no trouble being here without a car. There is not much in the unit as far as amenities and extra conveniences. We'd gladly exchange any number of throw pillows for towel hooks in the bathrooms and a small table in the bedroom. For the price, however, it more than delivered!"

"This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend"

"Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it."

"My husband and I stayed here for two nights in July 2023. The place is homey and immaculate and located just steps from Commercial Street. It was perfect for exploring PTown while also getting much needed R&R. Property mgr was very quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend!"

"The property is centrally located on Commercial Street! If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because it can be a little loud at night. I wasn’t bothered by the noise, but some may be. The apartment is so spacious and has everything you would need. There’s plenty of seating. The beds are comfortable. I have sensitive skin and the sheets are so soft! I will stay here every time I come to PTown if it’s available!"

"My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure."

"This is our second stay at the Pagodas. We stayed on the second floor last year, and in the apartment just above it on the third floor this year. Being on the third floor provides a wonderful ocean breeze. Otherwise, both places are almost identical. It's a perfect jumping off point for the beaches and Provincetown, which is just about five minutes up the road."
