"Hotel was in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was worth the money with plenty of choice. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the pillows were not so comfortable and there was no air conditioning in the room although there was a desk fan provided. Just glad we didn't stay in the heat wave. If you are visiting Kilkenny I would recommend this hotel."

"This was our first time staying here and we booked when visiting family. My mum recommended here and we were not disappointed. Beds were comfy, food was excellent and all staff went over and above. Only regret is we didn't stay longer and we will be back next year for sure. Thank your whole team for a wonderful stay"

"Had 2 rooms booked for an overnight stay. Without asking , they were across the hall from each other. Modern decor, large comfortable rooms and social spaces. Great ammenities within the hotel and nearby. Our guests from New Zealand were impressed!"
