The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom has a walk-in shower. There is new flooring and paint throughout this condo. An electric fireplace in the living area is also a wonderful way to wind down after an exciting day!

Summit does not allow motorcycles, pets, or smoking. 2 parking passes are allowed. No students/student groups are allowed. This is a family-oriented property. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.
