「The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

「サイトでの施設紹介では、シャトルバスと記載があったが実際にはない。タクシーを呼んでもらったが来るまでに40分以上かかった。プールバーも18時まで営業のはずが従業員がいない。中庭で毎晩結婚式が行われていてかなりうるさい。ツインで部屋を頼んでいたが、なぜかセミダブル、シングル、エクストラベッドの3台が入っていた。 フロントの対応はよかった。」

「フロント、ロビーはとても綺麗でスタッフも親切です。 しかし部屋の清掃が適当で綺麗ではありません。シーツも同じシーツを変えずに整えただけ。信じられません。プールも汚く汚れています。朝10時にプールに多くの虫が浮いていました。あと2日目、レストランで食事をしましたが、私ともう１人が食あたりになりました。ホテルでなるなんて信じられませんでしたが本当です。せっかく景色の良いホテルなのに本当に残念です。再度スタッフの教育、研修した方が良いのでは？私はもう二度と行くことは無いです。」
