「This motel is a bare-bones motel, but is very clean and well maintained. Our room was small with a comfortable bed. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The sink was outside of the bathroom. It did not have a closet to hang clothes or a hairdryer. The shower curtain had two small holes and there were a few places that needed a paint touchup. It was very suitable for a one night stay, but not if you plan to stay several nights and will be spending time in the room. There is a restaurant called...

「The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.」

「We should have heeded the sign in the lobby that said if you were unhappy with your room, to please let them know within 15 minutes to avoid being charged. The front desk person was friendly, that was really the only good thing. The room was not well-cleaned. The fridge had a huge sticky stain. We bought clorox wipes to disinfect it ourselves because the housekeeping staff seemed disengaged and smelled like smoke very strongly. The common areas also smelled like smoke. 「They need ashtrays outside and perhaps a vacuum would clean the hallways better than a broom. If you want coffee in the am you better get up early. Once the canister is empty you’re out of luck. My first night was disturbed by police presence and K-9 dog. There are no refrigerators in the rooms mine had no microwave. No drawers to at least hide your belongings and they recommend you deadbolt your door for safety. The pillows under the cases are old and stained. The bedding however was clean as...
