"I enjoyed my stay, very clean, well maintained. Rooms were big and spacious, the square footage was more than enough for 2 of us to spread out comfortably. The sunrise pool is open 24 hours, and the sunset pool till 10pm. Which was a plus after traveling all day to the canyons, because the pools are beautiful and we wanted to enjoy them before we left. You have to pay for the infinity pools though. Ocean Trail creole food was delicious, biscuits so good. Don't bother with the steak house. The aesthetics is there however menu was subpar. I didn't get to get a massage, sorry I missed that. I don't gamble but the casino was always active no matter the what time of day."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! Everything was wonderful from the beautiful property and clean, comfortable rooms to the delicious food and exceptional staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience great. The resort was spotless, the amenities were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We had such a great time and would not hesitate to return. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Braden at the front desk was amazing but then again every staff member we encounter was happy and really enjoyed their job. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The driver of golf cart had been there 34 years. Several employees talked about how much they liked the ownership and loved their job. I was here with my daughters visiting my eldest daughter In the Army and our stay was just exceptional!!! Thank you."

"The hotel is in old town’s Scottsdale close to shops, museums and restaurants. My room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, including iron, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, and shampoo, soap, and lotion. The hallways looked worn. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"This is my second time to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, the staff are attentive to requests, there is a shop / cafeteria/restaurant right by the lobby to cater to travelers and it’s right in the heart of everything. Street parking is tough and you’ll have to pay quite a bit to park at the hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes."
