"Our non smoking room stunk of smoke when we arrived. People were smoking outside of our room and the smoke was being sucked into the room by the air conditioner. Also smelled like smoke was coming into the bathroom through the vent. We did not have bath towels when we arrived. We asked for bath towels and were told they would bring some to our room. None were brought to our room so we had to go back to request bath towels and we're given some towels. What we received were one bath towel, one hand towel and one bath mat. People were outside talking and smoking all night long. I woke up and heard them outside talking at 12:30, 1:30,4:00 and 6am. The bathroom needed work as there were cracks in the calking. Bugs were getting into the bathroom. We checked out and didn't stay the second night because of the issues. We should be refunded our payment. "

"Clean room but small for family of four. Beach area was terrific and beautiful. Pool area was small and closed early for teenagers. No room wi-fi was also frustrating for teens. Staff was friendly. Older clientele do not the best location for family."

"The resort grounds are beautiful, and clean. The room was very small and bathroom somewhat outdated. The pool and beach were beautiful, however very high cost with lots of hidden fees .a resort fee or $50 daily on top of the already expensive stay. Also charged me $35 a day to park my car which I find ridiculous with all the other expenses of this places I personally would not stay here again."
