We had a 40 year anniversary get together so we rented both homes, it was perfect and we all were very comfortable. It was hot while we were there but the AC and the creek that is very close kept us cool. The jacuzzi tub in the main suite is the best inside tub I have ever used.
Cascadel woods is good property for large groups. With 7 bedrooms in two different homes, it was perfect for our growing family. There are musical instruments for the teens to play and a space for the young ones to nap, all at the same time. The patio and playground were perfect for gatherings and for the kids to play and the hot tub was used by all. All in all a great spot for our 2024 getaway!

Had a great time in North Fork!
We enjoyed the sites of the surrounding area and visited the Mono Indian Museum (which was VERY interesting). Yosemite was also a hit!

Vacasa (property manager)
We booked this property for Thanksgiving. We had 7 adults and 6 children in our party. Check-in was frustrating. The instructions on how to get into the home were unclear, and 2 couples spent over 40 minutes trying to get into the home at check-in time. There were not enough cooking utensils to cook a large Thanksgiving dinner. In addition to that, Vacasa, the property manager, decided that 2 kitchen towels and 1 roll of paper towels were enough for 13 people for a 4 night stay. When I reached out to a Vacasa representative to complain about how little standard equipment and supplies were given, I was told via text that it never said in the listing that Vacasa supplies those types of supplies and that we should have assumed that we would have to bring our own paper towels, and possibly more toilet paper. This is outrageous, especially as this property was advertised to host up to 14 people, and we were staying for 4 nights! The upstairs bathroom light was burned out and the toilet wasn’t working so we couldn’t use it. The toilet started leaking into the kitchen; there was a puddle of toilet water leaking from the kitchen ceiling onto the kitchen floor. The hot tub was not on when we arrived. It took 36 hours to heat up, and it hadn’t been cleaned. The water looked like pond water. It was clear that Vacasa made no attempt to make sure this amenity was ready and available for us. There were many other issues; we’d never recommend this property or any other managed by Vacasa.

Incredible place with memorable cat Jusper
We have rent this incredible two houses on one property where we can fit all the guests!
Everything was perfect! I can write long review but it is not necessary since everything was on 10/10 level! Also i would mention the cat Jusper! He is the greatest, cutest, adorable, memorable cat i ever saw! On some point we was upset to leave this cat when move out of the property! I think i will never forget Jusper! He is one of the best part of the place! Please do not forget to feed the cat!
Thank you very much! And say hello to Jusper from Stan
