「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. 「We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). 「They seem to have renovated the pool area (pictures when I booked were different) which now looks really pretty, modern and clean. Pool area had a fun atmosphere with live music every day. We rented a townhouse and we had pleanty of space. Very quiet, clean and well equipped.」

「If you need an elevator ask for the ground floor. It was such a lovely spot and the staff so friendly. I arrived as. Storm hit, which lasted 3 days but there was plenty to do, especially as I really wanted a chilled and non hectic holiday. Catching the local bus was easy to get around, but if you’re adventurous, go on a stroll to Edgartown. I know I walked for about 2 and a bit hours, but got to walk over the “Jaws” bridge.
