「Accommodation was clean and tidy. Check in was not easy. Unable to contact host as number disconnected. Unable to access any messages on Vrbo so was unsure how to check in. Sent emails to host and had no reply. Host was not at accommodation to meet us. However room was unlocked and key left on the bench. No note or instructions were left. Tried to call mobile listed on business card in the room and it was switched off. No instructions om how room needed to be left. Apart from the check in...

「Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.」
