「Amazing location near beach, food trucks, bakery, etc. Surprised that no housekeeping was included but otherwise it was perfect. 」

「It was ok, supposed to sleep 4, however, the futon in the living area is pretty small & really old, a really nice pull out sofa would've been ideal. The bungalow is spacious & tidy, the covered porch is nice, lots of beautiful greenery on the property.」

「Great place with great staff ! Cant reccomend it enough . We stayed 4 days and they were a complete pleasure . We will come back and also highly reccomend the place to our friends ! pleae note : expedias location is completely innacurate and therefore the distances to the various restraunts etc as outlined in expedia are also inaccurate . Expedia needs to fix that . 」

「hotel was good!, however there is no wifi in the room only in the lobby. the TV wasn't working and most importantly there was only one beach towel in the room. The room was reserved for 6 people so we expected to have 6 beach towels.」

「Diamond hotel si trova a circa 2,5 km dal villaggio di Cabarete, ma è a pochi metri da una delle spiagge più belle di quel tratto di costa, ideale per chi pratica il kitesurf (è una spiaggia libera e senza servizi tipo bar e ristoranti, ma proprio per questo motivo io l'ho trovata fantastica). Le camere sono pulite, dotate di cassaforte e aria condizionata, il personale è disponibile e una piacevole piscina allieterà il vostro soggiorno. Consigliato. Lo consiglio」

「They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. Well the bad experience came about when we checked out and all of a sudden, the surprise visit from hotel staff that we MUST pay for a clogged toilet or they will charge my credit card. Spoke to another German lady and as they put her to speak to...

「When I got to the property my reservation was not found after had been confirmed by Expedia, It was late at night and I had to pay a new reservation, I was asked to show my Passport which I think it is not necessary in a Hotel, They don accept a valid New York Drivers License as a piece of Identification, I will request a return」

「I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 」
