Charleston County has a strict no-party policy to protect local families and neighbors. If a party is discovered, the city will issue fines to the guest, and we reserve the right to also charge up to $1,500. Thanks for understanding and helping us be good neighbors!

Only 2 parking spots available for guests. No more than 2 vehicles allowed whatsoever or the city will fine you. Cars must not block the sidewalk. No street parking. The city of North Charleston has strict guidelines we must adhere to.

We stayed here while my daughter had a dance competition at the North Charleston area convention center. This location is incredibly convenient to both the convention center, as well as the airport. We had a family of four and a family of five, and there was plenty of room. It was a short drive to downtown Charleston.

We had a wonderful time! The property was exactly as described. Everything was immaculate and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.Honestly, we wouldn’t change a thing and would absolutely love to come back and visit next time we are in Charleston!
