「My negative comment on maintenance concerns the north exit door on the first floor. The panic bar is broken, and you have to press a button to get out. The button responds slowly and sometimes had to be pressed multiple times. In an actual emergency, a life-threatening pileup could occur at this door with people pressing to get out.」
