「Our room was fine. Staff was professional. Currently renovating hotel. Guest laundry was not available and we are not informed until we checked in. Advance notice was not provided before checking in. We needed to alter our plans. 」
「Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.」
