"The location was perfect for Tybee/Savannah touristing and the beach/ocean view from our unit was fantastic! We really enjoyed that there were over-night community quiet hours, allowing quality sleep! In terms of cleanliness, all linens and surfaces were spotless, but the floor was a bit grimy in places. We truly had an amazing stay; our only small complaints were the minimal space for our suitcases and the need for the full address of where to pick up your passes/keys as there a couple spots on the island with the same number and street."

"we loved this stay! it was simple, cute, clean, comfortable. i would definitely stay here again. the onlyother thing i want to mention is - it’s a lower level condo, so we did have upstairs neighbors who were letting their kids run back and forth until midnight. this is not the hosts fault, but light sleepers maybe bring some ear plugs because you never know who you might get above you! "

"This was a great stay! Beach is very easily accessible, rooms were clean, and the kitchen has plenty of appliances to make all the things you want in the kitchen. We made focaccia for sandwiches on the beach! I would recommend bringing your own water bottles/brita just because the tap water tastes pretty beachy. Overall loved it here!"

"The view was absolutely amazing!!! Parking was a bit tight in the parking area even with a Prius but there was room over by the pool, so that’s where we chose to park. We weren’t familiar with Tybee’s rules so would have been better if we knew we had to pay to park every where we went on the island, it wasn’t easy for us to scan since we weren’t familiar with it. Overall it was a nice visit! "

"It was the perfect size for our family. It would have been nice to know that the code didn’t open the front door. I called and no one answered or called back. The property could use some maintenance. We enjoyed the pool. It was such a warm temperature. All in all it was fine, but not great."

"View of the beach was amazing. However we stayed for 4 days they only give you two rolls of toilet paper, light bulbs were missing and the trim on the cabinets were severely damaged. Very Dirty on top of the fan hood and as well as the intake vent to the utility room. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while lastly the toilet handle was broken where it would run all the time. "

"The ocean is a short walk from the beach house. Very convenient as a family to go back and forth between the beach house and the beach multiple times each day. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, and the layout of the beach house was perfect for our family. We mostly cook our meals from scratch, and the galley kitchen is well set up for cooking freshly caught fish and vegetables from the island farmers market. "
