"The steps leadimg up to the door were very sketchy,for an older person like myself it was a bit scary loose bricks ,stones no lights that actuality lit up the steps at night the light flickered we used our cell phone flashlights as we arrived in the dark . Just the hotel they didn’t know what they were doing. I questioned them several times about charging my card. They act like no one ever booked through Expedia before. The charged my card $ 197.11 after I repeatedly showed them it was already paid !
