「We had a wonderful stay at Ferme de la Rançonnière and would absolutely recommend it. The property is beautiful, full of history, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable, the grounds were peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the Normandy landing beaches while still enjoying a quiet countryside setting. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was also very good. 「Be aware that the room we were allocated despite requisting a ground floor or a lift to the upstairs, was UPSTAIRS -approx 20 steps on a spiral staircase and the double bed was on a mezzanine floor above the shower and living area. A VERY STEEP ten stairs to bed. Almost a ladder. The breakfast was substantial and buffet style The evening meal choices were limited but the food served was good. The staff were more than helpful」
