「2 nights no room cleaned nor advised up front that they don’t clean every day. Breakfast could use a lil more work besides bagels and cereal. The place wasn’t run down it was average.」

「Unfortunately, we were there during refurbishing the main building, but our room was very clean, and updated. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. 「This place was disgusting. Rooms smelled, broken windows, the door on one of the 2 rooms we rented had been kicked in who knows how many times? There was a big gap in the door frame, and the door was in no way secure even with the deadbolt latched. Family members that were with us witnessed several drug deals being made in the parking lot at 6 o’clock in the evening in Broad daylight. This place was so bad we left demanded a refund and then had to scramble to try to find two other rooms at a...

「The hosts were very communicative and welcoming before, during, and after our stay. The front yard was well lit, and good for taking our pups out at night. I was grateful to find somewhere available over Christmas that accepted two dogs. The kitchen was well-equipped and reasonably clean. This is a pet-friendy rental near the beach, the overall cleanliness of the unit was perhaps reflective of that. The house is right off of a busy road in a neighborhood with varied levels of upkeep.」
