「Large room, great dinner and breakfast, lovely outdoor surroundings」

「While the hotel offers fairly basic amenities, the kind staff and impeccable cleanliness more than make up for it. Everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. I was rushing to leave at 7:30 am. and my driver was already waiting, so the staff kindly let me take my coffee in one of their porcelain mugs to go. Such a thoughtful gesture meant a lot. The hotel is also within walking distance of the main park and the old town. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would happily stay here...

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die ganze Anlage inklusve Zimmer sehr, sehr ordentlich. Die Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und kostenpflichtige Minibar. 「I booked a 3 night stay through Expedia for a friend. The hotel was close to the airport in an industrial area without anything to do outside. Very noisy guests came in at 3 am waking up everyone. The whole atmosphere was terrible. Hate to give them a bad review. Hotel manager was nice and tried to make good offering to change the room but this was not going to help any. This is not a place you want to spend 3 nights in. Friend moved to another hotel the next day and I forfeited 2 nights pay....

「The hospitality was exceptional, and we had a very comfortable stay. We visited with our two young children (ages 7 and 3), and the hotel was very family-friendly and comfortable for traveling with kids. There was a large park and a stadium nearby where the children could play a lot. Walking through the park also led us to the old town, where we were able to enjoy strolling around the beautiful city of Cluj-Napoca.
