「Great place to stay」

「Wonderful host. Neat and tidy room. Nice bed and bath. Perfect for solo traveler or couple. Convenient to both SRQ and LWR. Great communication with hosts. Refrigerator needs repair and there’s no light inside the fence, so it’s very dark entering at night. Easy fixes. This place was perfect in every other way for this business trip.」

「This was a super magical suite! Super clean and very well decorated. Located in a quite residential area near a large pond with beautiful wildlife! The owner's Gene and Bea are SUPER friendly, considerate and helpful. Will definitely go back there again in the future.」

「The accommodations were great! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Used the gas grill several times. Also used dishwasher and laundry and both worked great! It was in a nice neighborhood- we took a 3-mile walk everyday on the only sidewalks we really seen in the area. Did have a 10 min drive to beach and parking was an issue but that is Florida. Explored the area for different restaurants and found some good ones. If golfing is your thing, golf course very close. Overall enjoyed our stay...

「While it topically "looked" like the listing, it was in bad shape. Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess...

「We really enjoyed staying in The Treehouse. It was in the center of the Sarasota historic district and a minute's drive from everything we wanted to see and do. Christine was lovely to work with, and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and cozy. If we end up in Sarasota again, we would certainly try to book this location.」
