Shuttle service was fast. Pick up at the airport was on Level 1 (which is US's "second" floor. Level 0 in Italy is US's 1st floor or ground floor) across from the McDonald's.
Front desk was not overly helpful or friendly, nor was the restaurant/bar staff, however food was very good. Didn't even need a steak knife to cut the steak!
Room was comfortable; however the towels provided were musty smelling and I ended up taking another shower right after because of the towel smell, using a towel I bought elsewhere for the beach. We didn't have time to.ask for new towels.
Pool was great as was the hot tub, nothing I have experienced before. Also had outdoor sunbathing. Towels were perfect here.
