"Our room had a balcony facing the Grand Canal. Very impressive. Close to the train station which was convenient. Easy access to everything. Glad we didn’t take a place deep in the old city. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with a view."

The only downfall for us (which was easily solved night 2) was the noise outside in the square - from 7pm to 4am it was really loud with music and people screaming and hollering (drunk!) so the next morning we went out and got ear plugs which solved the problem for the second night and we slept really well. Would absolutely stay again, but will make sure to have ear plugs! Also, a tip - don’t pack a heavy suitcase as you’ll need to carry it up 3 flights of stairs! "
