"Inside was clean, great cozy space. Worked great for family of 6. We had a blast resting and playing games after a fun day canoeing and hiking.Cleaning staff was very friendly and kind.Minimal kitchen supplies, but enough to get by.Master bed needs a center support. The oven heats up the cabin a lot, so I don't recommend using it in the summer.Porch area needs a serious pressure wash, very dirty and full of spiderwebs.Beautiful view, but you are surrounded by a bunch of people in RVs and loading boats. Didn't quite have the privacy feel we were hoping for."
Unforgettable Experience: Enjoy a maritime adventure unlike any other. Unwind in a cozy little ship with upper and lower decks with private dock access
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, quiet and close to where we wanted to be for the weekend."
"We had an enjoyable stay! The cabin was clean & met all of our needs. The neighborhood was quiet with the exception of a few late night loud boats but hey, it’s all part of the experience. There was a couple loud booms too thanks to being so close to the 4th of July - about scared me out of my skin haha! Overall wonderful stay, we brought our poles & caught a few fish next to the house and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the boat traffic come through Friday night. Everyone is so friendly! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is your place. So peaceful! Thanks Roger for having us!"
Relax and unwind at The Whiskey Barrel, a cozy waterfront retreat designed for fun and laid-back lake living. Soak in your private hot tub, paddle out with the kayaks, or spend the afternoon on one of the 4 decks reading a good book

"Great place to stay and relax. We enjoyed the kayaks and all the amenities offered. The porches were a great place to sit and relax all day. We had campfires and hot tub time at night. It rained a bit extra one day and the septic seemed to back up but it resolved and the owner was very responsive to us.I would definitely stay again!"
