Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton. "The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient."

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!"
