ホテルは静かな路地にありますが、駅からも近く、ショッピングエリアにも近く、大変便利です。建物は歴史を感じる落ち着いたもので、当日アップグレードしていただいたため、天井が高く広々とした部屋に泊まることができました。

四つ星？Is this really 4* hotel?
(English follows) チェックイン時の対応にがっかり。英語は一切通じず、トラブル対応はフランス語となる点も要注意。その他は、建物は素晴らしく、滞在に問題なし。 【例】 1. 前の客の清掃が行われていない部屋に案内された。フロントに指摘したが、謝罪なく、一時間待たされた。 2. 朝食込みの値段で予約していたが、「エクスペディアに何と書いてあろうと別料金」と言われた。スタッフが勘違いを認めるまで、延々と言い合いが続いてうんざり。 3. バスの時刻表を調べて欲しいと頼んだところ、駅に行って聞けと言われた。 4. エレベーターの床に汚れたシーツが散乱していた。 We were disappointed to see poor service on check-in. You'd see something you'd never expect on 4* hotel! If it was not that way, it would be worth for higher rating. Examples: 1. When checking-in, we opened our room's door to find that the room was not cleaned at all since previous customers used. No apologies from the hotel for keeping us waiting for another one hour until 4:30pm. 2. Although our booking included breakfast, the reception staff insisted that it was NOT included whatever Expedia might say and asked us for additional payment. We had to argue for long time to have her find her misunderstanding. 3. No concierge service available even just for checking a time table for a bus on the internet. You'll be asked to go to the station to check it by yourself. 4. The elevator was filled with used sheets on the floor.

レンタカーでニーム市内をぐるぐる回りやっと探せました。車で行くには不便でした。但し、ローマ遺跡にも徒歩５－１０分で行けて便利。ホテルのスタッフはとても親切。

シャワーは快適だったが、部屋が少し埃っぽかったりしていて、部屋の印象は悪かった。他国での3つ星ホテルと比べると残念ながら劣る、、、

インターネットだけ
二回目の利用ですが、サービスや部屋は快適でした。近くにスーパーもあります。 ただ、前回と違い、インターネット用の無線(Wifi)が部屋まで届かなくなっていて、ネットはロビーまで行かないと使えなくなっていました。 使うための手順もメールアドレスを入力する必要があり、ネットを使いたい人にとってはかなりの改悪です。

If you like eclectic, this is the place for you! The entrance to the hotel could be easily overlooked from the street and we got lost trying to find it at night. A doorway with a tiny sign fixed flat to the wall. There is a lift from the lobby to our 3rd floor unit, but there are changes in grade between the lift and the room requiring stairs. So good luck with your luggage. And the staircases are outdoors, i.e. open to the sky! The unit has three rooms: toilet, bedroom and shower/washbasin, so after using the toilet one must pass through the bedroom to use the washbasin. That seems odd for a renovated hotel that the toilet and washbasin would not at least be in adjoining rooms. The shower room has no door so no privacy from the bedroom and cools to common room temperature. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed here twice and love this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Great location for walking to area attractions.

Very nice stay!
Very nice hotel with good location, 15 minutes walking from the train station and walking distance from main attractions. Staff is very friendly and room was really spacious. Nice breakfast even if plant-based options were missing to replace dairy products (butter, milk and yogurt). The buiding is so beautiful!

Very nice property, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Located walking distance from major historic monuments. Inconvenient access. Immediate neighborhood not inviting after sunset.
