I didn't like the crazy hold they put on the card for 250$ i also didnt like the amount of Chlorine was in the pool it was too much that we couldn't breath and some water got in my daughter eyes made her in pain for the rest of the night too much

It was connected to the mall and had pretty much any ammenity you could think including inside spa, gym and pool. Stayed there for work anf would stay again.

From the moment I walked in and was warmly greeted to having easy access to the parking area to the delicious free breakfast, everything was amazing. That doesn't even get into how convenient and comfy the room itself was. Having a full fridge and countertop made everything so easy!

Great stay! Checkin staff was friendly and knowledgeable regarding questions we had. Hotel was beautiful. We were there for an event and it was super convenient, everything was well marked and easy to find. Would definitely recommend!

Beware of surprise pet fee at check in
Stay was good. Disappointed at check in. This was a pet friendly hotel. I had prepaid for room but at check in, I had to pay an extra $85.00 pet fee.

Terrible manager great hotel.
Stay was great for most part. Bedroom door wouldn’t shut all the way frame was off center. Big issue was when we checked in they charged my card $1200 when I already prepaid hotels.com months prior. Once we addressed the issue over the phone with the hotel they ensured me money would be released right away and I would get an email to show proof. Never got an email had to go to the counter next day for the I guess manager to have an attitude with me saying there’s no email for her to send yet the person on the phone said there was. So called manager could care less that they were holding over $1000 of my vacation funds that I needed and didn’t once apologize instead showed that I was inconveniencing her. Still kinda pissed about the lack on consideration for what I had to deal with and never once offered an apology of any sort.

Very nice hotel. Clean, super convenient location, literally everything you need. The only things were we had a full kitchen suite and the dishes were scanty, nothing to even fry a burger, the coffee pot wasn't cleaned and the staff member that replaced our towels had an attitude about doing so as if it wasn't his job. Other than the few issues, definitely recommend staying there.

Noisy disruption all night
Terrible stay. Extreme loud! Paper-thin walls, door, ceiling. Screaming running children everywhere. Blaring music at all hours. Heard everyone in the upstairs room above us as well. Not a wink of sleep. I will never ever ever stay here again.
