8.4/10 Very Good! (128 reviews)
Didn’t like anything! No kettle, no refrigerator, pillows are flat, room is not bigger than 40 square feet, small bed, breakfast was basic. This hotel is not worth of three stars. But the employees were very helpful!

7.8/10 Good! (468 reviews)
The hotel room was dated, carpet very unclean, no lights in the hall so I had to use my mobile torch everytime I wanted to unlock the door. Some of the lamps in the room were also not functional. But it's close to a tram station that gets you to the city centre in 20 mins. And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thry even provided an iron upon request.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (75 reviews)
"The most annoying and discomfort is that the AC was disabled due to seasonal change. Staff recommended the windows open which means leaving the blinds open and allows streetlights and noise in. Also wakes us up when the room gets too cold and wakes up again when it gets hot. Also no tissue papers ..."
