Unfortunately the check-in and entry to the hotel was very poor - we arrived at 10.30pm via the Eurostar and after finding the hotel we experienced difficulty entering the hotel due to the security door unmanned and reception not allowing us access when ringing the bell and then a very unpleasant checkin

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Great location, very close to Grand Place and within walking distance of many attractions in central Brussels. We didn’t need a car for most places, although you would need one or public transport for Atomium and Mini-Europe.
The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The main downside is that the hotel has no parking. Street parking is expensive and not ideal, but I found a nearby parking garage for about €31 per 24 hours.
Checkout was a little difficult because there was nowhere to stop the car near the hotel to load our luggage.
Overall, a very positive stay, especially if you are visiting Brussels without a car.
