We loved our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and gave great advice on what to see. The hotel gave us free tram passes making it helpful getting around town. They also lent us dry bags for swimming in the river. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel in not in the older historic area, but there were local restaurants and the tram was easy to catch and a 5 minute ride into the center of the city. We would definitely stay again.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

There was no body wash or conditioner provided in the rooms, only shampoo, which we were told to use as body wash as well. The dish soap was essentially water with only a small amount of soap in it and appeared to be diluted by about 90%. When we asked for it to be replaced, we received the same watered-down product again. The second bed was a sofa bed with loose parts, causing it to make noise whenever someone moved. There was also no air conditioning, and the rooms were outdated and in serious need of renovation. Overall, the accommodations did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or cleanliness.

The hotel is small but clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and provided some suggestions for excursions and Discounts with the hotel card. The room is very small with no real counter space or closet. They also did not have a luggage rack. There is no refrigerator in the room or ice machines on any of the guest floors but you can request some ice at the bar in the lobby. They give it to you in a small Plastic bag. It would have been nice to at least have an ice bucket to keep the ice and a few beverages in. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety to select from- both hot and cold items including fresh fruit and a self- service coffee station.
