"Writing this review maybe it’s my fault for not understanding that this is self check in. To the corporation who owns this people do not want to check themselves in. And they also don’t accept cash only credit cards, at the bar and restaurant. Well the people were nice. The food was good, I don’t think I would come back. Just for the reason when you’re traveling and you’re tired you want someone to check you in after all that’s part of what you pay for. And they must accept cash, we don’t need to go to a cashless world. If those two things weren’t they where they were I would’ve given it a 4 to 5 star."

"Overall a nice stay if you need to spend a night close to Frankfurt airport. There are dining options close by, a Rewe supermarket where you can buy food, and the neighborhood is quiet. I was able to sleep well and the breakfast buffet is quite good. It would, however, be nice if the time for late check-out could be extended until 4 or 5 pm instead of only 2 pm. I had an 8 pm flight leaving from terminal 2 so it would have been nice if I could have been allowed to check-out at 4 instead of 2."

"It’s was amazing. The check in was very simple at the kiosk. I didn’t have to speak to no one. Check in and out. Now the shuttle took awhile to pick up so allow yourself extra time to get to airport. "

"The mirror in the bathroom had mutiple cracks. Was woken up by house keeping cleaning room next to mine. The room TV was glitched and freezing first day couldn't use it. Technical support person came wnd day and said they were aware the issues. Then i couldn't order room service due to the technical issues. I had to go to lobby and order through the receptionist. Hours later got service. Was charged for it too. In-addition to the $46 parking for 1 hour when my wife came to have dinner with me before I flew back to Georgia. Both us are military and we would not recommend this hotel to others. "

"Really nice hotel avery close to the airport with a shuttle bus should you need it. I had a hire car and the parking is quite handy, just nearby at a public car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms very spacious and clean and modern. This hotel is nicer that others in the same area and staff much more friendly and professional too. "
