This was more like a bed and breakfast. Hosts treated us very well. Room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and free parking was very nice. I recommend this B&B. Very welcoming. The only thing we had trouble with was finding it as gps sends you past the hotel to another village. Only 5 kilometers to rothenburg.

Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms.

It would be extremely helpful if the Hotel.com website disclosed that this hotel would have a shuttle van waiting for the arrival of RyanAir passengers. We were unable to reach the hotel by phone and thus didn’t know where we had to wait and whether a shuttle would even come. It was a late evening ...

Only criticism for the hotel is that there was no one at the hotel to check us in after 6PM. We had to call the hotel to get a staff member to come from their home and let us in. After 24 hours of travel from the USA this was very inconvient.

Expected Better Food
The breakfast was average, I expected more for the cost. Front desk staff were excellent, dinner service was inconsistent. Views were amazing, pool and sauna great; I would come back but not eat there.
