  • Welcome to a bright duplex carefully renovated by an interior designer, located in the heart of the Carré d’Or — one of the most sought‑after areas in Nice. You are just a 2‑minute walk from the beach, the Promenade des Anglais, restaurants, shops and all amenities.
    Everything can be done on foot.

    The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults) and includes:

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The apartment is in an incredible location. Just steps from the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was fantastic. He immediately answered any questions that we had. There are a lot of stairs as the apartment is on the fourth floor. And the staircase in the apartment is quite narrow. But we managed an fantastic time in Nice
