Our Modern and contemporain Villa
Modern style family villa with great amenities, fully equipped, secure, very pleasant to live in with a beautiful sea view, spacious, flat wooded garden. Open and bright spaces promote conviviality. Located in Gaude where tranquility reigns, close to the sea, everything is there for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Between the sea and the village of Saint-Jeannet, hiking, escapades, rivers of the Nice hinterland, everything is nearby.
You can accommodate up to 6/8 people, 3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms. A gym/room with a foldable bed, An office with a sea view, an equipped American kitchen, 2 Japanese toilets, a room/room, a pétanque court, a ping pong table, a barbecue, dining tables on several areas of the house, garden furniture by the pool and on the large terrace overlooking the pool for beautiful sunsets.
