空港に着いたのが23時をすぎていたのですが、ターミナル内の電話から連絡をすると、シャトルバスですぐに迎えにきてくれました。 お部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフのみなさんもとても親切でした！！

夜遅く（23時）に空港についても電話すれば（ターミナル１であれば、バス乗り場で待っててください）迎えにきてくれます。NOVOTELと書いてあるバンで迎えにきます。そのため安心して夜遅く着くことができます。スタッフも優しいです。唯一の欠点は、水が臭いです。朝の朝食でパイナップルが水に浸してありましたが汗臭い臭いでした。また、部屋の水も臭いです。それだけが欠点です。朝食は普通です。

空港に近い快適ホテル
翌朝の早い便だったので前日に空港の目の前のホテルに滞在しました．部屋は広く，清潔で，ベッドも寝心地がよく，快適でした．受付の方もチェックインもチェックアウトも手際が良く，良い印象をうけました．空港へはシャトルバスがあるようですが，私は歩いて空港へ行きました．大きなスーツケースを持っていても10分かからず空港に着きました．夜遅い便での到着もしくは朝早い便を利用する際にはとても便利なホテルです．

We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for our needs. We took the tram, which is walking distance from the hotel, to the center of town and the beach and had a lovely day strolling the shops and eating. The shuttle took us to the airport very early and was on time. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. An easy and pleasant stay!!

The staff went above and beyond for me and my daughter twice and we were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours. If I could give this hotel 50 stars I would! My daughter and I were very delayed in Rome. Our luggage was stored at a Bounce luggage storage near the hotel. The hotel staff graciously picked out luggage up for us and brought to the hotel so we could have it for our early morning flight the next day. Without this we would have had to change our flight the next day to a later time. Since we were able to make our original flight, we left early in the morning. The shuttle was available at 4:15 am and the hotel person had juice, croissants, coffee and fruit waiting for us to enjoy before our long trip back to the US. If I'm ever in Nice again I will DEFINTELY stay at this hotel.

This location is really convenient whether you’re travelling by train (St.Augustin stop is a five minute walk with a rolling suitcase) or by plane (terminal one is a five minute walk away). Too much luggage to walk? They have a free shuttle that goes every half hour to the airport. Huge buffet breakfast and comfortable rooms. Recommend.

This hotel has been renovated since we last stayed a couple of years back. The rooms are now very nice and match the quality of the hotel. This hotel is a short walk for Nice Airport Terminal 1.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Novotel Nice when we were catching a flight out very early the next morning. The front desk clerk, a young man, was very attentive and efficient and his English was excellent. He was well-groomed and gives positive image for this hotel. The only issue we had was their reluctance to give us a shuttle (one of the reasons we chose this hotel) over to the airport during the day. We arrived at a time when no meals were being served in the hotel so asked where we could go for something to eat. We were advised to go to the airport. So we asked for the shuttle and were told that we could walk over because it was so close. I am currently recovering from knee surgery so that proved to be an uncomfortable undertaking. I could quite easily walk over but the return walk resulted in pain for several hours afterwards. The early morning shuttle operated as it should.

Lovely comfortable hotel
Very nice hotel, welcoming staff and bright lobby. The room was spotless and very comfortable with lots of towels, toiletries and crisp sheets. I like the separate shower/vanity room and WC. It was very quiet in the hotel and the location is excellent, very close to the airport and there is a shuttle every half hour. The room is equipped with a fridge, kettle and best of all a Nespresso machine. The only snag we had is the very unusual door that closes the vanity/shower room. It’s very heavy and it swivels and swings over on a strong magnet to close off the bedroom from the entryway. It’s an odd design and awkward. I think it would be difficult for an elderly person to operate and made it impossible to just walk into the bathroom to wash my hands without pulling on the door to get in and having it slam shut to the bedroom. Anyway, that said, I thought the hotel was lovely and I would book again when I have an early flight from Nice.

Always enjoy our stays here the night before our flights. Staff are excellent, always helpful and friendly. The room was in perfect condition, recently renovated. Appreciated the extra space, large lounging couch and bedside outlets.

There was a strong odor like stale air freshener comming from the AC unit in our room. was almost impossible to sleep. Luckily the window opened and with the AC off we were able to sleep but now there was street noise. The food in the restaurant was very bad. Management should try eating there sometime. We will never go back there. Unfortunate because the staff were all delightful.
