THE MAS DE GAIRAUT By Riviera Holiday Homes is a large 150m² villa equipped for 6/7 people. It is nestled in the heights of the Nice-Gairaut Hills, less than 15 minutes from Nice beaches and the airport, and 45 minutes from the first ski resorts of the Nice Hinterland.

Pretty garden enclosed on both sides of the villa, parking and a shared swimming pool for the entire residence. Air conditioning in the main bedroom, fans in all other rooms.
The villa is peaceful and in the immediate vicinity of many walks, the Gairaut waterfall and lovely villages in the immediate proximity of the city. The access road takes you directly to the main arteries of the Alpes Maritimes, which makes access easy to everything.

The living space consists of a beautiful dining room with large bay windows, a living room with a lounge area. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. This sunny space opens onto a beautiful terrace towards the garden.
There are also three bedrooms with 2 double beds (160cm) and 1 double bed (140cm), a mezzanine accessible by a small spiral staircase that provides access to the 1st floor and a sleeping area with a single sofa bed.

Animals tolerated upon request and with supplement. Deposit 1500 euros (pre-authorization on card/ not debited) - internet wifi.
