We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything inside is new, modern, and impeccably clean. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the space comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—it's within walking distance to the beach, a major shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Super convenient if you want to explore without needing a car. Sylvie, the host, is absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Wow - Was für eine Traumwohnung

Wir wurden bereits im Vorfeld bei Fragen bestens beraten und herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett.Die Wohnung ist super hell (und perfekt abdunkelbar zum Schlafen) und wunderschön, alles ist neu eingerichtet, tip top sauber.Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Großer Kühlschrank und sogar eine automatische Zitruspresse .Es wurden alle Geräte ausführlich erklärt, was den Start sehr leicht gemacht hat.Leise Waschmaschine, prima Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine top. Das WLAN funktionierte prima, und das bei vier angeschlossenen Geräten parallel.Der Meerblick vom Balkon aus ist super, und wir haben meist draußen gefrühstückt bei super Wetter und windgeschützt. Die Markisen schützen vor zu viel Sonne rundum.Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben uns sehr gut geschlafen.Große Überraschung: trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen hatten wir überhaupt keinen Fluglärm, es war sehr ruhig.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig.Der Bahnhof für die komfortablen Verbindungen entlang der Côte d’Azur ist in Laufentfernung prima erreichbar (z.B. nach Nizza in nur 9 Min., Monaco ca. 20 Min.)Wir hatten Abfahrtspläne und sogar zwei Buskarten zum Aufladen im Apartment, so dass auch Busfahren ganz leicht ging. Im Vergleich zu Nizza hat St. Laurent du Var einen Sandstrand und es gab auch eine süße Promenade mit Restaurants. Die Shopping Mall in Laufentfernung war Traum meines Teenagers .Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt - absolute Empfehlung zu top Preis .
