West Inn on Weston - Great for Families

We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

Our space is a great place for families located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car.

The rental is a private apartment in a split level home (there is a completely separate upper rental apartment) with a living room, dining room, full kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms.

The living room has been set up to be a third bedroom with a pull-out queen sized bed. Total, the rental can sleep six adult guests.

Because it is one of two private apartments in the home, there is a possibility for noise such as creaky floors or hearing other guests. It is the nature of apartment living.

It also has a patio and grill in the backyard for guests to use.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
You do not need to strip the bed. We will take care of this for you. Only use proper dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher. Do NOT use dishwashing soap,
Please do not put wet towels on furniture, leave them in the bathroom or on drying rack which should be located in one of the closets.
Please clean up all food, crumbs and liquids from the rental. Trash can be put in the bins behind the red garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place!

Very clean 2 bedroom one bathroom bottom floor of a split level house. Host answered all questions quickly and helped me get my kid's passports. James is a great guy. Highly recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area again I will only stay here!

Cozy great location.

This place is super conveniently located and near yet far from the rush of the falls and perfect for a family. It has bunk beds which can never go wrong with kids :) James was very responsive and we got to meet him briefly for a issue with the pull out couch , which he promised to replace with a more comfortable and a more proper pull out bed for the next guest, which I am hoping will make it a perfect 5 star :) Overall as a family we had good time here and will return !!

Great Stay!

Property was just as described. It was clean, quiet and comfortable for our family of 6! Check-in was a breeze. Neighborhood felt safe and was centrally located to the falls and every place on our itinerary! We would definitely recommend this place to others and if we ever find ourselves back in Niagara Falls, we would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this house!

While it's not walking distance to the downtown tourist area, it is a less than 10 minute drive. This house has so much character, we absolutely loved staying here!!! Everything was immaculately clean as well, which is really important to us. I highly recommend this house!

Great proximity to Falls

The location is only a short drive to the falls and rainbow bridge. Street was quiet and close to neighborhood restaurants. Older house with squeaky floors but it had what we needed. Surrounding streets appeared more run down.

Long weekend

Property was very cute! Floors are creaky, but thats expected for an old house. Check in process was easy. I had one question, and got a response fairly quickly. We will stay again, if/when we go back!

Niagara Falls 2024

Family enjoyed our stay. This simple old house - located in an old old quiet neighborhood provided a close place to stay while we did lots of touristy things in the USA & Canada. Squeaky floors - oh well the house is old. Loved shower pressure! We didn’t stay in the house long as we were sightseeing the majority of our stay! Host was very responsive when I contacted him which was greatly appreciated.

Lovely and conveniently located

Property is a lovely older home conveniently close to Niagara Falls. We would stay again, but it is worth noting that the place is entirely floored with gorgeous hardwood - which is NOT quiet (very creaky). No sneaking around here. The plumbing is rather loud as well. Place is lovely and clean, though, and my boys loved the dining room table and lazy susan. Thank you, James!

Beautiful Home

My kids and I stayed here a few nights to visit Niagara Falls. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Falls. We sincerely enjoyed staying here. The home was updated; however, there were still a lot of the homes originals; we loved that. It definitely gave you a “New York” feel!! The property is also very safe. There were cameras where you park and on the front porch. As a women traveling with 3 kids 100’s of miles away from home, feeling safe is important to me. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

A decent place for a decent price

The space was good. We used the kitchen and there were enough plates, pots/pans, silverware, etc. A few issues came up that were handled as quickly as possible. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. The negatives were that the floors are very squeaky, and the lighting is poor. We often like to do puzzles while on vacation or just read in the evenings. There was a tip jar in the kitchen for the house cleaner. I'm not sure why she needs a tip since we pay a cleaning fee and she doesn't clean during our stay. hhmm.

Okay for the area

Compared to other streets in the area, it was okay. The house was clean and enough space for our family of 4.We never used the kitchen. It looked clean, just dated.The bathroom was small but fine. It did seem strange the towels were all mismatched and old. The beds (especially the bunk beds) were pretty uncomfortable for us and the kids. The first night, there were no upstairs tenants so it was overall very quiet. But when someone was staying upstairs, you could hear every footstep.I don't think they were being loud on purpose, just an old creaky house.

Great property, as described on listing. James was so easy to communicate with and was able to provide suggestions on tours and restaurants in rhe area. Only downside would be the creaking floors, but that comes with an older home.

Very quiet and friendly location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to everything… The aquarium, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Lewiston… Wonderful little town… So much to do and this location was perfect! It is 100 year old home with hardwood floors, a library of books, a quaint little kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The patio was nice to relax at in the evening. It reminded me of my grandmother‘s house and was very comfortable and homie….James, the owner, was available at all times and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and I would recommend to anyone. We sure enjoyed our stay and thank you James, for a lovely time!

Quaint neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the Niagara Falls’ sights! The home was clean, cozy and comfortable! Although other reviewers mentioned the neighborhood you had to drive through to access the property, we had no issues with it and had no safety concerns. As big coffee drinkers, we would recommend the host consider a larger coffee pot! We had a wonderful weekend getaway and highly recommend this property to others visiting the area.
