Awful

No one ever at desk, couldn’t get help when needed. No heat in the rooms. Hot and cold water were reversed. Room reservation did not match the room given. Host wouldn’t answer messages. No remote for tv. Wifi was weak and wouldn’t connect, had to use hotspot.
