Great location for the purpose of our tournament at the convention center. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the jetted tub. Great price for the accommodations.
The exterior might look rustic or maybe rusty... but the rooms were clean, nice, and well designed. Staff were kind and patient even though I arrived later than expected, and gave me a free drink.
Location is fantastic. Price is cheap. Great choice.
I visited first time there! Great service awesome staff!!

Bed was clean v.comfortable (no bugs) Linens & towels spotless.T.V. Micro. Phone.
Obviously they are trying to bring it up to par.
Outside is shabby looking & needs a coat of paint. Would recommend. & I would stay again.
Pet-friendly and close to food spots, and the receptionist was nice. But the place felt old and not very tidy, the door locks didn’t seem secure, and the pictures didn’t really match what it looked like in person. Still okay for a quick overnight stay.

This is a 1 star motel for better or worse. If you're looking for amenities or comfort, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a cheap place that's very close to where you'll actually be spending the bulk of your time, this is excellent!
It was clean enough, had a fridge, a microwave, a working bathroom, decent bed, available parking (extra but cheap), and very walkable to scenic views & dining options
The woman at the front desk terrific awesome very friendly nice woman 10 out of 10. Room looked in parts it was updated but there was a cigarette burn in the bed comforter. The bed wasbt very comfy to lay on. Lucky here for only a night. Nice touch fridge and microwave kind if a small tv but who goes on vacation to watch tv. The window in the bathroom you can see clearly outside if the light is off but thats not a deal breaker just add the spray foam on the glass to make it bot see through. Overall i give it a 6 out of 10.

Staff is good but room has flies and mosquitos, AC is very noisy, outside is not so clean
This budget hotel provided exactly what we expected for the price. The room was clean and included the essentials: microwave, fridge, hot water, TV, and basic furniture.
The location was convenient – about a 10–15 minute walk to the incline railway that brings you down to Niagara Falls, which made it easy to reach the attractions.
The only issue was the lack of accessible outlets for charging phones and other devices. There were none available, so we had to manage creatively.
Overall, it’s a simple and clean option with a good location, well suited for a short stay.
Great room & staff. But the premise is nasty. Torn carpets, corridors. Dusty patio chairs & table. May thats why its very cheap or affordable.

Not great but not bad!
The motel (it's not a hotel) is really close to the horseshoe waterfall (15 minutes walk max). There was mold in the shower when we arrived but as soon as I told them, it was cleaned perfectly. It's not a great room, but for the price, the size of the jaccuzi (for 4 person!) and to be so close of everything it was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable.
I stayed at the Ritz Inn Niagara on July 1, 2025 for one night, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The location is convenient, and while it’s not right in the heart of the tourist area, it’s still close enough to everything you’d want to see.
The service was excellent — from check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly and helpful. I want to give a special mention to the staff member who greeted us at arrival — she was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which really made a great first impression.
Our room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a budget-friendly and pleasant stay in Niagara Falls. Great value and warm hospitality!
